Paul Watson joins Sona as VP of Customer Success

As announced this week in Propel, we're very pleased to welcome Paul Watson to the newly created position of VP of Customer Success. Paul joins after 16 years at Fourth, where he was most recently Global Director for Strategic Initiatives and part of the senior leadership team. He was instrumental in Fourth’s growth and product expansion, leading the launches of its Pension Module, the Fourth App and Fourth Engage.

Here's what Paul had to say about coming aboard:

“As soon as I saw the Sona proposition, I was blown away by its potential and the team that’s already in place. Hospitality is a highly dynamic sector, and I believe the ongoing resourcing challenges need innovative solutions, such as our ‘shift filler’ that automates the process of finding shift cover. It's going to be an incredible journey - I’m excited to get stuck in and ensure that our existing customers, and many new ones to come, have a consistently excellent experience."

Paul's appointment is a key part of our growth plan following the completion of a $7m funding round led by Google’s Gradient Ventures. He will be building and leading our customer success team to ensure our customers get the best service and product experience in workforce management.
