How we calculate pricing
Our default pricing is based on a per user per month licence fee, calculated based on two key factors:
- The number of employees (‘users’) who will need to access the system each month
- Your subscription type and the services you require (see next section)

You are a small organisation with fewer than 100 employees
We invest significant time to ensure our customers get the training, implementation support and reporting they need to be successful. So right now that means Sona is only available to larger teams of 100+ staff.
