Tamar Homecare received LaingBuisson's 2022 Homecare Award, with particular praise for its decentralised model. Under his leadership, Tamar has been proactive in offering its staff flexible working arrangements, contributing to a sector-leading turnover rate of just 6% (against an average for the South West of 31.5%).

Through two more businesses - Care Skilled Investing and Care Skilled Consulting - Simon is helping other providers turn their businesses around and improve their operational efficiency, financial performance, and, of course, their CQC ratings.
