The Care Leaders Network (CLN) is a private community for senior Social Care professionals. Its mission is to help its members "build remarkable care organisations".

Simon has brought that to life since starting the CLN in 2020 when Covid prevented us all from connecting as much in real life, filling a clear need for more digital communication within the sector.

As well as the online community itself, which facilitates networking and best practice and knowledge sharing, the CLN team host a busy events schedule and make lots of their member content freely available to the public (check out The CLN Podcast wherever you get your podcasts!).
