UK Care Week is the latest addition to the care trade show circuit. We're excited to be exhibiting and hosting a talk at the debut show on the 6th and 7th of July 2022 at Birmingham's NEC.

Understanding the 'Great Resignation' in Care - why are staff leaving and where are they going?
Despite a relative return to 'normality', the care workforce crisis continues. Earlier this year, our 'Rethinking Retention' report found that more than 1 in 10 employees in care were considering leaving the sector entirely. We were keen to learn more about why they would choose to leave.
So we conducted 'The Big Exit Interview' - surveying 1000 former care sector staff for our latest research looking at why they chose to leave and what is attracting them to work elsewhere.
In this session, we will present the headline findings from the survey. We'll also highlight how, armed with this data, providers can implement better and more efficient people processes to maximise retention.
