Show opens. Come see us at Stand F22, where breakfast will be served! Stop by before midday to pick up a fresh pastry.

11.30 am

Are you ready for the flexible working revolution? at the People, Workforce & Wellbeing Theatre.

'The Great Re-prioritisation' is underway. Workers across the economy are re-evaluating what's important to them and are seeking a better work-life balance. Care is no different - 90% of staff want more freedom to choose their working patterns.

Our Co-founder Oli will highlight some of the key flexible working trends and preferences amongst today's care workforce. He'll then explore how providers can innovate to increase their 'flex appeal' and win and retain more talent.

Day 2:

10 am

Show reopens. If you haven't been to Stand F22 yet, what's stopping you?! It's also your last chance to enter our Care Show Comp.

4 pm

That's a wrap! See you next year.
